What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once your order is placed, we typically need 1–3 business days to process and package it.

After dispatch, delivery takes approximately 5–9 business days, depending on your location within the UK.

Overall, you can expect your order to arrive within 5–12 business days from the date of purchase.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If your order has not yet been processed, you can update your shipping address by contacting us immediately at support@vivia-boutique.com.

Once your order has been dispatched, we can no longer modify the delivery details.

What happens if my parcel cannot be delivered?

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept the parcel, or failure to collect it, we will deduct any return shipping and re-delivery costs from your refund.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout to avoid delays or additional fees.

How do I start a return?

To begin a return, please email us at support@vivia-boutique.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and the reason for your return.

We’ll reply with detailed instructions and the correct return address.

Please do not send back any items without first contacting us — unnotified returns may be delayed or refused.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your returned item arrives and passes inspection, we’ll email you to confirm approval.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days, and the funds are returned to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 15 additional working days for the amount to appear in your account.

Are any items not eligible for a refund?

Yes — due to hygiene and customization reasons, certain items cannot be refunded unless faulty.

These include:

  • Personalised or custom-made products

    All other eligible items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging within 30 days.
