Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed Monday to Friday before 5:00 PM are usually handled within 24 hours.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
After processing, your order will be shipped out. Our average delivery timeframe is 6–12 business days.

Return & Refund Information

Please note that, as with most apparel, a slight variation of 1–3 cm (+/-) in measurements can occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products. This is normal and not considered a defect.

Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, based on the tracking confirmation.
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Be in their original condition and packaging.
- Have the return initiated by contacting us within the 30-day return window.
Items returned outside of these conditions may not qualify for a refund or may be subject to a restocking fee.
How to Start a Return
Step 1: Contact Us
Please email us at support@vivia-boutique.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, a brief reason for the return, and clear photos of all sides of the item(s). We’ll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Step 2: Package and Ship
After your return is approved, please securely package the item(s). Currently, we are unable to provide prepaid return labels due to changes in international tariff regulations. Therefore, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Return shipping fees generally range from 20 to 35 GBP, depending on your location. Customs fees may also apply, usually between 50 and 60 GBP, depending on your country’s import regulations.
For your protection, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. We cannot guarantee delivery for untracked packages and are not responsible for lost items during return shipping.
Step 3: Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and any applicable customs fees will be deducted from your refund.
